Crime Stoppers of the Inland Northwest (CSINW) was originally founded in 1970 and known for many years as Crime Check of Spokane County, and then as Partners in Crime Prevention.  Over its 30+ years, CSINW has started and been involved with many valuable programs that have helped to further the mission of building safer communities. Secret Witness and Keep Guns Outta School! are two programs founded by CSINW.
